PRICE PER WEEK

  • Low season:  € 1.950,-
  • Mid season:  € 2.350,-
  • High season:  € 3.800,-

SEASONS 2021

Low season:  3 January – 1 April (except 24-28 March)  | 1 November – 3 January

Mid season:  7 May – 2 July  + 3-18 April  | 27 August –  1 November

High season:  3 July – 28 August

  • Gas/water/electricity
  • Linen
  • Towels for at the pool
  • WiFi
  • Baby cot and high chair
  • Toys for kids

EXCLUDED

  • Not included is the final cleaning of  200,- Euro.
  • If you want the pool to be heated, please let us know in front. You will pay Eur 25,- per week extra

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit of 500 Euro will be paid together with the final balance . This amount will be refunded a week after the check-out, in case of no damage.

NOTES

  • Minimum stay of 3 nights in low/mid season and 7 nights in high season
  • Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season
  • Arrival after 4pm and check-out before 11am
  • Pet friendly
  • Smoking is only permitted outside
  • In case you will stay for more than one week, linen will be changed and a cleaning will be done

RESERVATION / PAYMENT TERMS / CANCELLATION

Reservations are considered valid after receipt of a down payment of 30% of the total rental costs. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the day of arrival. If your booking is done within 6 weeks before arrival, you are required to pay the full amount immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the received down payment will be refunded. No refund will take place in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival. We therefore strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance.
